@Zhangchenkai, you're missing a '3' in the last two lines:
wget https://repo.continuum.io/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh chmod +x Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh ./Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
the script works as given @ShlomoAbraham

Sorry, but a i tried this way but spyder still not recognizing the package. Any help?
This worked perfectly for me when I was setting my Windows 11 pc with WSL Ubuntu. faced an issue while I was installing/creating virtual env on WSL Ubuntu
