Download FFmpeg
Extract it and save it to C drive ( choose any location - it's optional )
Set environment variable - copy the location of bin folder which is inside the extracted file and set the location on system path variable.
Done!

Download apktool from https://ibotpeaches.github.io/Apktool/
Unpack apk file: java -jar /home/expert/work/tools/apktool.jar d [email protected]
Modify AndroidManifest.xml by adding android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config" attribute to application element.
Create file /res/xml/network_security_config.xml with following content:

    <base-config>

Direct copy of pre-encoded file:

$ ffmpeg -i filename.mp4 -codec: copy -start_number 0 -hls_time 10 -hls_list_size 0 -f hls filename.m3u8
