Downloading distros as *.appx file: Ubuntu 18.04 (https://aka.ms/wsl-ubuntu-1804)
Installing distro: Navigate to the folder contains (.appx) file, then run:

Add-AppxPackage .\app_name.appx

Where app_name is the downloaded distro file name
