Creates initial state for a TON blockchain, using configuration defined by Fift-language source files

	-n	Do not preload preamble files `Fift.fif` and `CreateState.fif`
	-i	Force interactive mode even if explicit source file names are indicated

	-L<library-fif-file>	Pre-loads a library source file
	-v<verbosity-level>	Set verbosity level
