update ld flag for ss/obfs,compiled on ubuntu 18.04 and centos 7 for x86_64 static, link with glibc static need package libc6-dev deb or glibc-static rpm.
try use semi-dynamic flag for cross compile, so output binary is even smaller.
And I hope embeded uclibc/msul libc will be OK with different version.
UPX 3.96 fix 3.94's segment fault error on x86_64 openwrt.
