• knowledgeable of mainstream ideologies and capable of primary planning and constructing of front-end framework 
• rational specification of CSS and JS etc.
• use dependency inject and other methods for rational extension
• abstract ideology of front-end layers
• extensive understanding of asynchronous programming
• exceptional with Node.JS
• ideology of mobile platform

Senior Web-Fron consultant-Level 9 -need 4

• knowledgeable of various framework realization principles; proficient of constructing rational structures for various conditions
• extensive understanding of front-end structure and have its own ideology 
• capable of independent design and coding excellent development framework or participated the framework development and extension;
• knowledgeable of features of web browser engines
• capable of formulating complete front-end development process and standards
• proficient in web performance principles and its optimization methods 
• know well of front-end cross-platform solution
