Discord Bot Terms of Service:

1. Acceptance and Age Requirement
   By using the JARVIS Discord bot (“Bot”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws) and, if under legal age, have a parent/guardian’s consent.

2. License to Use
   The Bot Owner grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal or non‑commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written consent from the Bot Owner.

3. Prohibited Use
   You may not:

• Use the Bot in ways that violate laws, rules, or regulations.
• Infringe third‑party rights.
• Use the Bot for commercial purposes without consent.
• Impersonate the Bot Owner, Discord, or associated parties.

4. Discord API Compliance
   If the Bot uses Discord’s APIs, SDKs, or other developer services, you must comply with Discord’s Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.

5. Modifications and Discontinuation
   The Bot Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. You agree to no claims for such changes.

6. Intellectual Property
   All rights in the Bot and its code remain the property of the Bot Owner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bot without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
   The Bot Owner is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Bot, including loss of data, profits, or other losses.

8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Bot.

9. Termination
   Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Bot immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of USA-TX. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in accordance with "doing-the-right-thing".

11. Entire Agreement
    This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Bot Owner, superseding all prior agreements.
