Hello, I hope you are doing well! I managed to install github desktop without using gpg. I used gdebi and installed an older version. However, I can't log into my github account. Is that normal since github desktop isn't officially supported on linux? Or is it because I am using an old version of it?

@MrZeeGaming Is your browser installed from Flatpak? Its path was a bit irregular and GitHub Desktop couldn't communicate with browser properly on my end.
IIRC, I installed the browser from snap or deb repository.
