Making calls work

Use pinephone-telephony branch of pmaports

• Boot devkit
• Make sure ofono is running
• Install dbus-elogind (probably force!?) (or cherry-pick : https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/merge_requests/668 )
• enable-modem and online-modem
• sudo rc-service lightdm restart
