I am rapidly warming to 'Releasy' (Release + easy). I think it is a good descriptive name, but lacks flavour (compared to the to-long 'ReleasePackager'. I think 'release' and 'releaser' were already gone or I'd have had one of those originally).
wrappify is just some of what Relapse does, so not so good a description, I don't think. Releasify is a possible spin on that, but I'm not so keen.
So, down to Releasy or Lump, I think. Maybe Lumpy or Lumper, since I like it better than plain Lump (and ignore the extra letters in the acronym)
Lumpy => Lumpy is the Ultimate Multi-platform Packager and no-one should ask Y :P
