@keldnorman NTLMv2 implements a challenge-response protocol which defeats pass-the-hash. It also uses a salted hash which prevents rainbow table calculation. To break NTLMv2 you will have to crack the hash with something like oclHashcat, a good dictionary and set of rules based on group policy and other recon gathered.

Do you only need responder? You didn't specify which packages except responder
