| Ingredients (~50 cookies): | |
| * 200g flour | |
| * 100g sugar | |
| * 100g butter | |
| * 1 egg | |
| * baking powder | |
| * Various fillings (chocolate chips, dried fruits, nuts, caramel, ...) | |
| Mix egg+sugar. Add flour+baking powder. Add melted butter. Add fillings. | |
| Make small balls of dough. Place on cooking sheet. Flatten. | |
| Bake for 8-10min @ 200°C. |
