Symptoms may include:

1. Having an idea for a web-app that only requires a 
   few routes and "knowing" you need MVC out of the box
2. When talking about yourself as a developer you say 
   things like "but I build -real- applications"
3. You can't remember how to write a <form/> tag so you

4. It doesn't feel right unless you have installed bigframework-*.gem 
   although you only need core objects and a moment to think about 
   the real problem.
