| This is from a chat with their technical support. Their actual troubleshooting guide only tells you to reboot, uninstall, and reinstall. This should be in their support page. | |
| Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe | |
| Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders | |
| Go to /Library/Application Support/Adobe | |
| Remove the OOBE, AAMUpdater and AdobeApplicationManager folders | |
| Go to your Applications folder and delete the Adobe Creative Cloud folder (if it exists) | |
| Go to Applications/Utilities and delete the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folders | |
| Download the Adobe Cleanr Tool: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg | |
| Install it and make sure the Creative Cloud Desktop App and Adobe Application Manager for OSX 10.6 are not listed there, if so, clean them out. | |
| Download and install the Adobe Application Manager here: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438 | |
| If you still have the Cleaner tool open, you should see the Adobe Application Manager appear. There is no "Installed" notice for this (thanks adobe) | |
| Go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/Core and run the Adobe Application Manager app to update to creative cloud. | |
| Once it is complete, you should be able to log into Creative Cloud now. | |
