This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Hour Power (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Brent Vatne. Please read this policy and our Mobile Terms and Conditions carefully; by using the App you confirm to have understood and agreed to them.
The Application does not obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Application.
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
The Application collects statistical data to help to ensure the Application is free of bugs and devise any suggestions to improve the overall user experience. The data is strictly limited to the nature of the use of the Application, such as interacting with the Application's user interface and browsing and interacting with media content rendered within the Application.
In an event of an Application bug, we may collect some diagnostical information about your mobile device, like the amount of available memory, the date and time and any information entered into the Application at the time of the software crash that.
This Application does not collect precise, real-time information about the location of your mobile device using either IP address or GPS (Global Positioning System). However we do collect IP address information provided to us by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and locate the general information such as Country and City. This data is stored annonymously in compliance with the data retention period.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
If Brent Vatne is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also opt-out from any kind of statistical data that may be stored about your use of the mobile application by simply reviewing your Data Sharing inside the Application's Settings screen.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and no longer that is essential in compliance to law.
We will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in an aggregate. The aggregation of the data aims to diminish any personal informations and provide a general overview of the statistical data about the use of the Application by a large group of audience.

Access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge in most cases. The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete. For example, when you withdraw consent, or object and we have no legitimate overriding interest, or once the purpose for which we hold the data has come to an end (such as the end of a warranty).
