Two standards

Acrobat Forms or AcroForms
XFA Forms (sometimes called Designer Forms)

AcroForms

Internally AcroForms are annotations or fields applied to a PDF document.
AcroForms are filled using a Forms Data Format (FDF) file
XML FDF or XFDF is XML-based version of FDF

whereever your mouse is, it will display the x/y in bottom
