How to create an HTTPS certificate for localhost domains

This focuses on generating the certificates for loading local virtual hosts hosted on your computer, for development only.

Do not use self-signed certificates in production ! For online certificates, use Let's Encrypt instead (tutorial).

Laravel 5.8, Horizon 3.x, Redis 5.x

Parepare application

Install and configure Laravel Horizon as instructed in docs
Make sure you can access the Horizon dashboard like - http://yourapp.com/horizon
For now it should show status as inactive on dashbaord
