Hi @bzerangue. Good afternoon.
I am using your method. In the last command I receive an error:

bash: line 1: 404:: command not found

Can you please help me?

@mikegodin23 @Mikede78 @norbertcz94 - I am sorry that I didn't respond earlier these instructions were before Home Assistant had very in-depth install instructions for Generic x86-64 processors. Their documention is very in-depth.
