Shared Mailbox Rules

  • Log in to Office 365 and open your mailbox
  • In the top right corner under options, "Open another mailbox"
  • Select the required mailbox that you have rights to
  • Click on the settings cog and search for "rules" and open it
  • Adjust rules as necessary and save
