Questions AI ("the app") is provided by WiseApps AI. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
- Questions and homework content you type, photograph, or select from your device, including images and recognized text.
- An app-generated anonymous identifier used to enforce monthly AI usage limits. The app does not require an account and does not attach your name or email address to this identifier.
- Your device language, which is used to provide answers in an appropriate language.
- An opaque Google Play purchase token when you purchase or restore Questions AI Plus. It is used only to verify subscription status with Google Play.
- Basic network and security information that hosting providers may process to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, and error information.
Questions, images, and recognized text are sent securely to our Cloudflare backend and to OpenAI to generate explanations, answers, and tutor follow-ups. They are used to provide the feature you requested, protect the service, and enforce fair-use limits. Google Play purchase tokens are checked against the Google Play Developer API and are not used for advertising.
The app stores recent questions and preferences locally on your device. You can remove this local information by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
We use the following providers to operate the app:

- Google Play for app distribution, billing, and subscription verification: https://policies.google.com/privacy
These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices. We do not sell personal information and do not use homework content for targeted advertising.
Our backend does not intentionally create a permanent library of submitted questions or images. Anonymous monthly quota counters are retained as needed to operate fair-use limits. Verified subscription status is cached briefly to avoid contacting Google Play for every request. Service providers may retain limited information according to their policies and legal obligations.
Questions AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.
We use encrypted HTTPS connections and keep AI and Google service credentials on the server rather than in the app. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate.
You may avoid sending images by typing a question, remove local app data in Android settings, or stop all processing by uninstalling the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
