What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?

  • We all prefer a mix of both. We will split some work up but work together to solve any complicated problems.

How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?

  • As long as it's direct and in a constructive manner we will all be okay with it.

How would you describe your work style?

  • We are all independent workers but we can come together to solve tougher problems and to share ideas.

What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?

  • We all like CSS but we feel pretty well rounded and able to work on anything.

What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?

  • Good: Mostly good project partners and collaboration.
  • Bad: Getting on stuck on tough issues for too long.

How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?

  • We will utilize our Trello board to separate out tasks and talk thorugh big decisions by being willing to compromise.

What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?

  • Time, peace/quiet/home enviroment, positive collaboration, and organization.

What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?

  • No early mornings!

What is your style for giving feedback? Does anything ever hold you back from giving feedback?

  • Direct, to the point, constructive feedback is best for all of us.

How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?

  • Work together, don't create more problems, and take a break if you need it.

How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?

  • It's about what we learn along the way, we would rather learn a lot than get super far.

How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them?

  • Just give positivie feedback and be encouraging towards eachother's work.
