By using OpenGym ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
OpenGym is a fitness tracking application that allows you to:
- Log and track workouts
- Follow training programs
- Track body measurements and progress
- Share workouts and connect with other users
- Set and track fitness goals
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One person per account; no shared accounts
You retain ownership of content you create (workout logs, posts, photos, etc.). By posting content publicly, you grant us a license to display it within the app.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonates another person
- Contains malware or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine is harmful to users or the app.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with the app's operation
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
- Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
- You can report content or users that violate these terms
- We will review reports and take appropriate action
- Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
OpenGym provides tools for tracking fitness activities. We are not medical professionals.
- Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program
- The app does not provide medical advice
- You exercise at your own risk
- We are not responsible for injuries that may occur
The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by OpenGym. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- The app will be available at all times
- The app will be error-free
- Your data will never be lost (please keep your own backups of important information)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
