Save the file as base64ex.erl
Open Erlang Shell (erl) and:
> c("base64ex.erl").
> base64ex:urlsafe_decode64("T2zDoSwgbXVuZG8h").
> base64ex:urlsafe_encode64(<<"Olá, mundo!"/utf8>>).
