Cross Cohort Retro Action Items

Lunch Roulette

Because it's optional, it fell apart but it's super important for mod 1's and 2's. Allow people to opt out on weekly basis or module basis so they don't bail on their group. Perhaps allow people to specify cost of lunch and bringing lunch. Leader - Vido

Cleaning

  • Bathroom hasn't been fixed. Turing call to action.

  • More accountability for mod's cleaning. Sign-off sheets should be taken more seriously. Turing staff could track to make sure module is doing cleaning and keep students accountable.

Diversity

People might not be applying due to childcare. What if space could provide childcare or explore childcare options? Have more high school/college students come in to explore Turing.

Leader - Madison to create Action group

Friday's

Enjoy having speaker to kick off morning, but the rest of the day seems disjointed. Google Doc to sign up for student led sessions so that FE can see the sessions that are happening. Encourage posse's to lead student-led sessions to make it less intimidating.
