Serves: 1
- 2 slices of bread
- ~ 25g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (I used Aussie mustard but just use any you like)
- 1 slice of ham
- 40g grated cheese
- Preheat the grill to medium/high
- Lightly toast the two slices of bread on both sides in a toaster or the grill
- Melt 10g of butter in a smol frying pan. Crack in the egg and cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat until the white has crisped up around the edges.
- Spread the toast with butter and mustard and put under the grill for 30 seconds, Place the ham on one slice, on the side with butter and mustard, then put half the cheese on top of the ham. Put the second slice of toast on top, buttered-side down down.
- Top with the remaining cheese and grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling. Serve with the egg on top
