Vilicus is a personal household assistant, operated by one private individual for their own household. It is not a service, it is not offered to the public, and no account can be created on it.
The only bank accounts it accesses are the operator's own, linked by the operator under a PSD2 consent granted in their own banking app and revocable there at any time.
It initiates no payments. Its access is read-only account information.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It reads transactions and writes them into a private spreadsheet; it is not accounting software and its figures are not authoritative for any tax or legal purpose.
