| We need experienced baristas who are: friendly, ethically-minded, excellent with customers, hardworking, ready to lend a hand, positive, and good under pressure in a busy environment.<br> | |

| To say thank you to you for volunteering your time and skills, we will provide | |
| free entry to wonderful festivals (see below) with time to check out some of the amazing programmes | |
| some specialist Colombian coffee tutoring – think Cafés de Olleta, tintos, Barraquitos, and Colombian single-origin coffee varieties | |
| an opportunity to build up your CV with an ethical and premium social enterprise | |
| We will make the calculations so that you only work the number of hours needed to pay for the entry ticket, which is normally 4-5 hours per day.<br> | |
| Initially we need baristas for the Secret Garden Party, Wilderness, Tribal Earth and Wild Heart Festivals. Although we are going to many more!<br> | |
