- Place the desired item in your online cart. On the Checkout page, enter the redemption code and the gift certificate amount you wish to apply to your purchase.
- Add additional payment, if necessary, and complete your purchase! You will receive your tickets or verification via email.

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for group or field trip visits, the gift shop, food service locations or photos. If redeeming for an Extraordinary Experience, please review the associated age, height and advanced registration requirements carefully. The value of a Shedd Aquarium gift certificate expires six years after its date of purchase.
