At the end of a week: Create a new CodiMD document by clicking on +New, then importing the template using the top right Menu to import from this Gist. Transfer tasks left over from this week to the new template. Figure out which tasks to add to the new week's task overview.
At the end of each day: Add tasks to the following day, break them into subtasks (chunks of 30-120 minutes) and fill subtasks into table. If the subtasks of the previous day were too big, break them down further. Add notes for clarification if useful. Also add where help is needed so that meeting(s) can be scheduled for later that day/week. What worked well and what didn't, possibly also why.
