Privacy Policy for eBIRForms (macOS)

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how eBIRForms (the "App") handles your data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

eBIRForms is a local-first, native macOS application designed to help you prepare and file BIR forms. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal, financial, or identifying data.

2. Local Storage

All data entered into the App, including tax profiles, journal entries, generated tax forms, and settings, are stored locally on your device within a securely encrypted SQLite database inside your local application support directory. The App communicates directly with official government endpoints (like the BIR and eFPS servers) solely for the purpose of transmitting your completed tax filings, precisely as initiated by you. We do not intercept or route this traffic through any third-party servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, trackers, or advertising SDKs.
