lol I see that... i was just looking for a script to slice a big image to z/x/y tiles for use in a webpage...
anyways... I managed to do it with gdal2tiles just in case anywone ends up here as well...

Honestly, no idea 😅 The original script was from 2010. I haven't looked at this in years
