CC Switch is a free, open-source desktop app (107K ★) that tracks your Claude Code spend per model — and lets you switch providers in one click. macOS, Windows, Linux.

1. Install

Download the latest release for your OS:

2. Add your provider

Open CC Switch → Add Provider → pick a preset (Anthropic) or create a custom config. Drop in your API key / base URL once. Claude Code picks it up with no restart.

3. See your spend

Open the Usage dashboard:

• Today's spend, total tokens, requests
• Cost per model with trend charts
• Per-request logs + custom per-model pricing

No more bill shock at the end of the month.

4. Cut the cost

Add a second, cheaper preset — e.g. GLM-5.2 (free tier via Z.ai) for bulk work — and toggle it straight from the system tray. One click, no JSON editing, no restart.

Opus on everything      → ~$14/day
GLM for the bulk work   → ~$3/day      (same output on simple tasks)
