This script uses Legacy Windows Firewall API mainly used by WinXP, and WinXP didn't have any Public profile; only Standard and Domain; now with WinVista+ we got Public, Private and Domain. Also, profile management is different, in the old day you had to create a rule per profile, now you can create a single rule for one or more profiles by combining the enum flags (OR).

How can I get the public void GrantAuthorization(string applicationFullPath, string appName) to put check marks on all check boxes for Domain, Private and Public?
I tried to change:
fwMgr.LocalPolicy.CurrentProfile.AuthorizedApplications.Add(appInfo);
to
INetFwProfile profileCurrent = fwMgr.LocalPolicy.GetProfileByType(NET_FW_PROFILE_TYPE_.NET_FW_PROFILE_CURRENT);
profileCurrent.AuthorizedApplications.Add(appInfo);
INetFwProfile profilePrivate = fwMgr.LocalPolicy.GetProfileByType(NET_FW_PROFILE_TYPE_.NET_FW_PROFILE_STANDARD);
profilePrivate.AuthorizedApplications.Add(appInfo);
INetFwProfile profileDomain = fwMgr.LocalPolicy.GetProfileByType(NET_FW_PROFILE_TYPE_.NET_FW_PROFILE_DOMAIN);
profileDomain.AuthorizedApplications.Add(appInfo);
but it won't work, only the current profile gets a checkbox and the other 2 give errors.
