 3) Musicians from Australia and New Zealand that you would accidentally play

 4) Musicians from the US and Canada that you would accidentally play based on
 the rules above must be on "the list"

 Wildcard rule:
 5) Musicians from continental Europe and South America that sing primarily in
 English are acceptable at the discretion of the current room participants
