Title : I, Coder.
What would I tell 2008 me? The younger, PHP developer who was only just venturing into this programming thing, taking a journey with no real road map.
Inspried by Adam Savages '10 commandment for Makers' I've pieced together 10 things that I might tell myself as a young programmer to inspire and aid my creativity, whilst reassuring that mistake do and will happen.
The subjects raised in this talk are directed at the programmer community, but are easily applicable to any creative endeavour, it should be fun for seasoned programmers and reassuring for those getting started.

It's never on the top of the list for any project I've ever worked on, but over the years I have come to realise just how important A11Y is for the web.
From something as simple as Keyboard navigation, to enabling those who use other aids to browse the web, what is it that we need to make sure we are doing and what tools can we use to help us be better and making sure that everyone gets a good experience with the sites we are building.
Starting with what wrong with the current state of A11Y the web.
Why is it important.
