Potential topics/proposals:

  1. Identity/branding

There are currently three NY groups: NY.pm (social only, currently), NY Perl Seminar (technical) and The NY Perl Meetup Group (on meetup.com, mostly technical). Do we need three? Or two (one social and one technical)? Or one identity (that happens to have both social and technical meetings)

  1. Online venues

Mailing list: consolidate to the NY.pm mailing list? ([email protected])

Meeting coordination: consolidate to the NY Perl Meetup Group site?

General web site: update/refresh ny.pm.org? If so, what content should be there?

  1. Technical meeting venues

  2. Leadership and coordination

  3. Schedules and agendas [How often to meet? A regular schedule or ad hoc?]

  4. Topics of interest
