Buddy: Well hey there Daniel!

Before we get started, I wanted to ask how you're doing?

That way you'll know I'm not a robot, although being a robot would be pretty cool!

Me: Hah, I’m doing pretty good thanks. How're you?

Buddy: I am doing awesome, just so happy that football and hoodie weather is getting here!

Buddy: I was just reading over your case notes and see that you are chatting in about needing to set up a battery replacement today is that correct?

If so could you tell me more on what is going on?

Me: Sure! My iPhone 5s has been playing up for a few weeks. The battery drains really quickly and the phone often gets hot while I'm using it.

Me: (By draining quickly, I mean in my 15-minute walk to work, it drops by ~20% without me even touching it.)

Buddy: Yikes! Daniel when it comes to needing constant full power, I know how you feel. With my iPhone, I use it for work and personal use, so I always need a good charge.

Buddy: You’ve come to the right place for help, let’s take a look at how we can resolve this for you today.

Buddy: I was just looking over the diagnostic report you sent in, by the way, thanks for taking the time to do that!

Me: No problem :)

Buddy: Your battery health indeed is in need of a replacement. It’s showing depletion and on the verge of failing, which would explain the problems you’ve been having recently.

Me: Welp. That sucks.

Buddy: Not to worry, we can fix this for you in no time at all though! :)

Buddy: I’d be delighted to go ahead and get you set up with a battery replacement. This way we can put in a brand new battery and then full days of charge will rain from the sky for Daniel. Well not rain but it sounded good.

Me: Awesome. That sounds great. The only things on my mind are time and money.

Buddy: Our battery service is only $79 and we do this through mail in repair. So you would be without your iPhone 3-4 business days. However our repairs are very fast and we would FedEx your iPhone right back to you. So you’d have a tracking number to track it. Plus we pay for shipping!

Buddy: The Apple Retail Stores don’t have batteries in stock, due to the large number of iPhone models out there, this is why our repair depot does them.

Buddy: Would this be something you’d like to set up today?

Me: Hmm. I’m out of town this weekend and could do with holding on to my phone for that. It’ll have to wait till next week.

Buddy: Ok not a problem, what I can do is email you this case number. So when you are back, just chat back in and we’ll get this all set up for you. Sound good Daniel?

**Me:**That sounds perfect.

Buddy: Fantastic!!

Buddy: You are most welcome Daniel,
