TBS Ops Privacy Policy
# Privacy Policy — Two Barns Studios Ops
**Effective date:** June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the Two Barns Studios Ops application ("the App")
handles data. The App is a private, internal business-management tool operated by
Two Barns Studios ("we", "us") for our own use. It is not offered to the public.
## Who this applies to
The App is used solely by the owner of Two Barns Studios to manage and report on our own
business operations. We do not have external users, and we do not collect data from anyone
other than our own connected accounts.
## What data the App accesses
With your authorization, the App connects to third-party services to read business data,
including:
- **QuickBooks Online** — accounting data such as accounts, transactions, expenses, and
financial reports for our own company file.
- **Etsy** — our own shop's orders and listings.
- **Bambu Lab** — our own 3D-printer job history.
The App reads this data; it does **not** write to, modify, or delete data in QuickBooks
Online.
## How data is used
Data is used only to produce internal operational metrics and financial reports for
Two Barns Studios (for example, inventory levels, printer utilization, and product
cost/margin analysis).
## How data is stored and secured
- Data is stored locally in a database file on the owner's own computer.
- Access credentials and tokens are stored locally and are never committed to source
control or shared.
- The App runs locally and does not transmit data to any third party.
## Data sharing
We do **not** sell, rent, or share accessed data with any third party. Data is used only
internally by Two Barns Studios.
## Data retention and deletion
Data is retained locally for as long as it is useful for reporting and can be deleted at
any time by removing the local database file or revoking the App's access from the
connected service (e.g., disconnecting the App in your Intuit account).
## Your choices
You may revoke the App's access to any connected service at any time through that
service's account settings. Doing so stops further data access.
