# End User License Agreement (EULA) — Two Barns Studios Ops

**Effective date:** June 17, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Two Barns Studios Ops
application ("the App"), a private, internal business-management tool operated by
Two Barns Studios ("we", "us").

## 1. License
The App is for the sole, internal use of Two Barns Studios. It is not licensed,
distributed, or made available to the public or to any third party.

## 2. Permitted use
The App may be used only to access and report on data from accounts owned and controlled
by Two Barns Studios (including QuickBooks Online, Etsy, and Bambu Lab), for internal
business-management purposes.

## 3. Third-party services
Use of the App with third-party services (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online) is also subject
to those services' own terms. The App accesses third-party data only with authorization and
in accordance with the scopes granted.

## 4. Data
The App reads business data for reporting and does not write to or modify data in
QuickBooks Online. Handling of accessed data is described in our Privacy Policy.

## 5. No warranty
The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.

## 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Two Barns Studios be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

## 7. Changes
We may update this Agreement; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
