I think proceeding makes sense. Probably best to send tomorrow morning (=
much higher odds of someone opening the email). We should set the offset=
 to 3500

Just to make sure I can do this in the future. Example rake command shoul=
d be:


heroku run:detached rake send_weekly_email email=3Dall offset=3D3500 --r=
emote heroku






Also, post this send tomorrow we should remember to put back in place the=
 .order(:id). =
