I propose to start by using a “Dev1-S” Scaleway instance, hosted in France. This will cost €12.91 per month and has 2 virtual CPUs and 2GB of ram. The next tier up, if needed, is €21.58 per month, for 3 virtual CPUs and 4GB of RAM. Mobilizon docs suggest low requirements.

Mobilizon allows a user to manage multiple public profiles on one account. For example, they might use one profile for political engagement and another for hobbies, should they want to keep those parts of their lives separate.
