Sr. Sales Manager
Major responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
* Identify, qualify and close profitable business with major BFSI enterprises.
* Drive new sales and revenue generating opportunities.
* Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans for key targets.
* Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams.
* Meet clients and give presentation on company services to clients
* Establish good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation
* Solving client’s problems, queries to retain the assigned accounts

 
Required Experience & Qualifications:
* B.Tech + MBA / MBA / B.Tech
* Minimum 5-8 years direct sales experience (hunter) in IT industry / marketing SaaS Solutions / Mobile App Service / Mobile development
* Solid understanding of mobile apps
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others, manage stakeholders and collaborate.
* Ability to demonstrate successful track record in planning, selling, and closing complex and competitive sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
* Responsible for contract negotiations on new business and renewal.
* Proven track record of expanding revenues within existing accounts and establishing new accounts.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles.
* Solid understanding of the marketing / sales funnel from a brand’s perspective from awareness to education, motivation & conviction to sales actions & post click/post action optimization, etc.
* Must understand both audience & outcome (KPI & ROI) based marketing strategies and tactics.  Must be able to effectively communicate these to brands and client side contacts.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Must have high ethics and integrity, be a team player at all times, and have a desire to make FastAlerts a leader in the mobile marketing solutions industry
