Or... yanno...
...which takes any form of HEX or HEXA color code (#RGB/#RGBA/#RRGGBB/#RRGGBBAA; "#" is optional), along with a second param telling it if it should factor opacity.
Returns #FFF or #000.
It's a utility function!
