Change Windows 11 Font for all UWP components (Apps and UI)

✅ Pre-requisites

1. Font must be installed for All Users (it should be present in C:\Windows\Fonts)
2. 🧠 Brain (recommended)
3. ✋ Fingers (to type)

🛠️ Procedure

1. Open Settings ⚙️

2. Go to Personalization → Fonts

3. Open the font you want to use.

4. Copy the Font Family + Style (case sensitive).
   Example: JetBrains Mono + Bold → JetBrains Mono Bold

   ⚠️ Note:
   Font style won’t work properly for variable fonts.
   Convert the font to static before installing.
   Use: Var2Stat ⭐ (drop a star for the dev)

5. Open Registry Editor 🧾 (regedit)

6. Go to:

   Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
   

7. Create a new key named XAML if it doesn’t exist.

   Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\XAML
   

8. Inside XAML, create a new String Value (REG_SZ) named:

   AutoFontFamily
   

9. Set its value to your Font Family + Style name.

10. 🔁 Sign out or restart your PC.

No idea. I am not using this method anymore though. I suggest using FontWizard.
