installing bitcoind on ubuntu 18.04

** Add repository and install bitcoind **

** If bitcoind is already started ** 

ps -e | grep bitcoin // returns pid
kill -9 <pid>
bitcoind &

** Test bitcoind is running and working **

bitcoin-cli getinfo
