I have chosen not to cheat with anything except my own mortality. It can give problems when you are fighting yourself though:

// enter in console OUTSIDE of a quest:
land.load = function(){
    quest.invulnerability = true;
    quest.invulnerabilityCountdown = '☺';
    quest.berserk = true;
    quest.berserkCountdown = '☺';
    quest.speed = quest.getSpeed();
    return this.list[quest.currentLandIndex].loadFunction();
}

(This makes you invincible as well as putting you in berserk mode for every quest you go on!)

@CDawg34540 Literally copy and paste the JavaScript into a bookmark. JavaScript runs from the URL bar.
