Are you looking for an efficient way to leave multiple Facebook groups at once?
While there isn't an official bulk leave option, this guide will show you a quick method to leave groups rapidly without the need for potentially risky browser extensions.

- Log into your Facebook account & click on "Groups" in the left sidebar
- Click the the settings icon (gear symbol)
- Click the option that says like "Leave groups that no longer interest you"
You'll be taken to a modal window listing all your groups, with each group having a "Leave Group" option next to it
Clicking on the "Leave Group" button will present you with a series of prompts. Speed through them like this:
- Click the "leave group" button
- Hold
shiftkey & press thetabkey - Press the
return(aka enter) key - Press the
escapekey
Your cursor will remain in place, leaving you ready for the next group, so just repeat the sequence.
Note:
While this method is fast, make sure to glance at each group name This ensures you don't accidentally leave groups you want to stay in
