Component Context Picker respects your privacy. This extension is designed to run locally in your browser and does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to any external server.
Component Context Picker lets you select a UI element on the active webpage and copy its component context, such as React, Vue, Angular, or HTML information, to your clipboard.
The extension does not collect personal data.
The extension does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, telemetry, or third-party data collection services.
The extension does not send page content, selected elements, screenshots, component context, clipboard content, or user settings to any external server.
All processing happens locally in your browser.
The extension uses Chrome storage only to save user preferences, such as context output options. These settings remain in the browser and are not transmitted externally by the extension.
The extension writes selected component context, and optionally an image with context, to the clipboard only when the user explicitly activates the picker and selects an element.
The extension does not read clipboard contents.
The extension does not load or execute remote code. All executable code is bundled with the extension.
The extension requests temporary access to the active tab only when the user activates it. This access is used to inspect the selected page element and generate the copied context.
