Estou tendo esse mesmo problema com CORS, não consigo receber parâmetros pelo header
Você está habilitando o CORS na aplicação NodeJS?
Eu consegui resolver habilitando o "underscore" na configuração do nginx. Por padrão ele não aceita. Caso seus parâmetros do header tenham esse formato: "param_test"

ps: you can increase or decrease that value.
