Reflections on week 1 (what went well? What would you like to do better? What do you need help with?):
I felt fairly good after the first week of this repeat module - finding the confidence boost of realizing that I may have actually been 'getting it' more than I was even recognizing and being reminded of how much I have learned to this point. This felt especially potent around concepts I had struggled with more the last time, as the evidence of practice became more apparent. I still need to do better about my sleep patterns.
Progress on your goal(s):
Organization & Time Management - I have been paired on a project with a partner who I anticipate and hope may help me adhere to more strict time regulations, as well as the healthier sleep schedule I would like to reach. His suggestions for an 8pm coding cutoff and some scheduled blocks before class are certainly more aspiration than reality for me yet, but I told him that I would like to push for that rather than making any counter suggestion.
Progress on your habit(s):
I still need to work on my morning and evening routines. I have noted that it may be helpful to try reading in the morning, so I am looking to shift to make reading a part of my morning rather than waiting until bed. I have done better at meal-prepping this week, and while I often find it difficult to make the time investment at that point, it is certainly worth it to be better prepared for at least a few days at a time.
